Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in, place an order, ask for a discount code or contact support.
• Your name, when the payment method you choose needs it.
• Your orders: what you bought, when, the amount paid, and the login details delivered to you.
• Support messages: your chats, tickets and any images you attach.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and device, and the items the site keeps in your browser, as explained in our Cookie Policy. Apart from an anonymous visit count (see below), analytics and advertising data is collected only with your consent.

Why we use it

We use your data to take your order and payment, deliver your login details, handle replacements and refunds, answer support requests and keep your account secure. Some support replies come from an automated assistant.

We send service emails about your orders and your account, such as sign-in codes and delivery. If you start a checkout and do not finish paying, we may send one reminder.

We may send deals and news about new subscriptions to customers who have ordered from us, and to anyone who ticks the box when asking for a discount code. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We also use technical data to prevent fraud and abuse: when you ask for a discount code, a scrambled form of your IP address is kept for about a day.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers that help us run Anexly, and only as much as they need to take payments, send emails, host the site and provide support. Some of them may store or process data in other countries.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our customers and the platform from fraud.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them. They are provided by analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, who receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Details are in our Cookie Policy. Separately, we count visits anonymously and without cookies: the pages viewed, the site you came from, your country and device type. Your IP address and browser are turned into a code that changes every day and cannot identify you, and nothing is stored about you personally. These counts are kept for 13 months.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide the service, handle replacements and refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Account data and support conversations are kept while your account is in use or until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep them for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@anexly.us from the address you use with us, and we will reply within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in the email, or by contacting us. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections, you sign in with one-time codes sent to your email instead of a password, and access to personal data is limited to the people and services that need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please keep access to your email address safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site.
