Always on: what the store needs

Your browser keeps a few small items for us, set only when you use these features. They are never used for advertising.

  • Your cart

    So the items you add are still there when you come back.

  • Your sign-in

    So you stay signed in to your account while this tab is open.

  • Your support chat

    So a conversation, and any ticket it created, continues where you left it.

  • Your choices

    Your cookie choice, and whether you have already seen an offer, so we do not ask again.

Only with your consent: analytics and marketing

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Nothing is loaded until you agree.

If you accept marketing, we use the Meta Pixel to see which of our ads lead to visits and checkouts. It sets the _fbp cookie and tells Meta which products you view, add to your cart and take to checkout, never your email or name. It is not loaded on the checkout, order status or account pages. Nothing is loaded until you agree.

One thing is kept on our server rather than in your browser: when you ask for a discount code, a scrambled form of your IP address is stored for about a day to stop abuse.

Change your mind any time

Use the button below, or “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings; that empties your cart and your chat history on this device.
