How do I get my credentials after purchase?

Your credentials are sent automatically to the email you used during checkout within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

My credentials are not working, what do I do?

Use the Chat tab to request a credential replacement. You are allowed up to 2 replacements per month per service. Our AI agent can handle replacements instantly.

How long does my subscription last?

Subscription duration depends on your plan (1, 3, or 6 months). Lifetime plans never expire. Check your order email for your exact expiry date.

What is a shared account?
